About the ISSI International Team

International Space Science Institute in Beijing - ISSI-BJ

Teams consist of about 8-15 scientists from various laboratories, nationalities and expertise. They organize two or three one-week meetings throughout 12 to 18 months. The goal of teams is to complete a research project leading to publications in leading scientific journals. The activity is organized by a team leader who is also the PI of the research proposal submitted to ISSI.
